5. Eligibility

6. Account Responsibilities

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or any investment decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
